All props are for hire only and must be returned in the condition left. This includes all personalised props. All props are for delivery only and cannot be collected from the shop or sent via the post.
We cover the whole of the L postcode for deliveries. Unfortunately due to costs and time, we are unable to deliver to WA, CH or WN postcodes.Â
Our standard delivery times are 4pm to 7pm Tuesday to Friday and 1pm to 3pm on a Saturday. We offer premium delivery times outside of these windows that can be selected at the checkout.
We offer Sunday set up on all orders over £100 excluding delivery. To have your order set up on a Sunday (Premium Delivery rates apply), please leave a note at checkout. Further information on delivery can be found on our delivery page.
The cost stated is for 24 hours only unless you are selecting extra day hires at an extra cost.Â
Props must not be used outside unless agreed prior with ourselves. Any damage caused to props on hire will have to paid for by the customer, up to the full cost of a replacement prop. Security deposits are requested on certain items and will be forfeited if the prop is damaged or taken. Any additional costs occurred over the deposit will be sought.
