We are delighted to be ablle to offer a range of different delivery and collection options for your balloons, personalised banners, personalised pjs, cut outs and gifts. This page will be regularly updated with information, especially around seasonal events.

Father's Day Deliveries

L4, L5, L20 – L23 & L33 will be delivered between 12pm and 4pm.

All other postcodes will be delivered between 3pm and 6pm.

Collections are between 11am and 2pm.

Due to volume of orders we are unable to give specific times for orders and this page will be updated if anything changes



Due to an ongoing issue with SSE, the shop is currently closed and remains closed for the forseeable future. All exisiting orders are still being fulfilled on a delivery only basis. Click and Collect has been temporarily removed as a option at checkout due to this. From the 7th June 2021 the minimum order threshold of £10 spend for delivery has also been relaxed on all items until the shop is reopen.

Collections are between 12pm and 4pm Monday to Friday and between 10am and 1pm of a Saturday. Please note Monday collection is by appointment only. Please adhere to your collection time as we may not be in the shop prior your alloted time.


All deliveries are prepaid in full. Deliveries are between 4pm and 7pm Monday to Friday and 1pm to 3pm of a Saturday. As of 12th April 2021 we no longer offer delivery to CH, PR or WA postcodes due to time restraints.

We are closed of a Sunday.

Website Purchases

We are delighted to offer a range of choices for delivery to our customers. It is however down to the customer to select the correct delivery option. Below we endeavour to detail as much information about delivery services as possible.


Local Collection

This option is available to persons able to collect from our address in Bootle, Merseyside. All orders are checked and if this option is chosen, a email will be sent with the address for collection once the order has been picked or created. Should a customer choose collection but not be able to collect, the option of delivery with appropriate fees will be offered or the sale will be cancelled and the transaction refunded. Collections are done by appointment only between 10.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday and 10:30am to 1pm on Saturdays. There are no collections of a Sunday. All appointments must be arranged by reply to the appointment email or by contacting us on our Facebook page. Collections not made with in 5 working days will automatically be cancelled.

Where balloon creations are purchased through collection, we require a minimum 24 hours notice. Balloons will not be created until we have confirmation of collection. Should no collection be made on the agreed date our cancellation policy, as set out in our terms and conditions, will be enforced.

The above remains the same regarding orders through these channels. However local delivery is available on these channels for an additional fee (see below) and subject to a minimum £10 order. This is not the default option and must be selected at checkout. If your order is not changed to delivery it will be treated as a click and collect order. When placing an order online you will be asked a delivery date at checkout. When placing through social media we will as what date the order is for. Please ensure the date given is not the date of a birthday or anniversary. All local deliveries are between 4pm and 7pm Monday to Friday and 1pm and 3pm of a Saturday. There are no deliveries of a Sunday. During busy periods, particularly seasonal events, delivery times may change and we recommend visiting our Facebook page for updates. During busy periods we may not be able to respond to communication requesting delivery times. Specific delivery times cannot be requested.

£2 extra to post codes: L1 – L3, L6, L10, L11, L23 & L31

£3 extra to post codes: L7, L8, L12, L13, L14, L15, L28 & L32 – L36

£4 extra to post codes: L16, L17, L18, L19, L24, L25, L26, L27 & L37 – L40

Royal Mail

We are happy to offer 2nd class, 1st class and Special Delivery postage on our items. We endeavour to dispatch all items to the address provided the same day if purchased before 2pm, however, during peak times this will depend on current order volume. Second class post typically takes 3-5 working days, first class 1-2 working days and Special Delivery by 1pm the next working day. We cannot be held responsible for actual delivery times once the item is in transit. Unless specified, or a specific purchase, all balloons posted will be deflated. Items such as balloon in a box or bubble in a box will not be sent by Royal Mail.


We pride ourselves on helping low budget families and it is for that reason we offer delivery through Hermes. They offer courier service for heavier goods at a reduced cost vs Royal Mail and they are also our chosen courier for all balloon in a box and bubble in a box. Hermes delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays once the item is in transit.

We obtain proof of posting and use Royal Mail and Hermes codes to track delivery. Items for website, social media, phone and email purchases will only be sent once payment has been verified and confirmed.
