Collection Information

This option is available to persons able to collect from our shop at 233 Knowsley Road, Bootle, Merseyside, L20 5DD. All orders are checked and if this option is chosen, a email will be sent with the address for collection once the order has been picked or created. Should a customer choose collection but not be able to collect, the option of delivery with appropriate fees will be offered or the sale will be cancelled and the transaction refunded. Collections are done by appointment only between 12pm and 4pm Monday to Friday and 10:30am to 1pm on Saturdays. There are no collections of a Sunday. All appointments must be arranged by reply to the appointment email or by contacting us on our Facebook page. Collections not made with in 5 working days will automatically be cancelled.

Where balloon creations are purchased through collection, we require a minimum 24 hours notice. Balloons will not be created until we have confirmation of collection. Should no collection be made on the agreed date our cancellation policy, as set out in our terms and conditions, will be enforced.

Deliveries to L postcodes

The below applies to all orders for delivery to a L postcode taken in store, over social media or through our website. All deliveries are prepaid in full. Deliveries are between 4pm and 7pm Monday to Friday and 1pm to 3pm of a Saturday. As of 12th April 2021 we no longer offer delivery to CH, PR or WA postcodes due to time restraints.

Hand delivery to any L postcode may occur an additional charge and is subject to a £10 minimum order. When ordering through the website, please double check you have selected the correct delivery method as this is not set by default. If a order is placed as click and collect, it will be treated as such and delivery will not commence. Please ensure the date given is not the date of a birthday or anniversary and is the day before. During busy periods, particularly seasonal events, delivery times may change and we recommend visiting our Facebook page for updates. During busy periods we may not be able to respond to communication requesting delivery times. Specific delivery times cannot be requested.

We aim to keep delivery costs as low as possible, however, due to rising costs, the below are subject to change.

FREE Delivery to post codes: L4, L5, L9, L20, L21, L22 & L30

£2 extra to post codes: L1 – L3, L6, L10, L11, L23

£3 extra to post codes: L7, L8, L12, L13, L14, L15, L28 & L31 – L36

£4 extra to post codes: L16, L17, L18, L19, L24, L25, L26, L27 & L37 – L39

£5 extra to post codes: L40

Postage including Royal Mail

We are happy to offer 2nd class, 1st class and Special Delivery postage on our items. We endeavour to dispatch all items to the address provided the same day if purchased before 2pm, however, during peak times this will depend on current order volume. Second class post typically takes 3-5 working days, first class 1-2 working days and Special Delivery by 1pm the next working day. Once the item is in the Royal Mail network, we are not responsible for delivery times. Inflated balloons cannot be sent by Royal Mail.

Courier by Hermes or DPD

We pride ourselves on helping low budget families and it is for that reason we offer delivery through Hermes and DPD. They offer courier service for heavier goods at a reduced cost vs Royal Mail and they are also our chosen courier for all balloon in a box and bubble in a box. Hermes delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days with DPD offering 48 hour delivery. Once the item is in the courier’s network, we are not responsible for delivery times.

Further Delivery and collection information

We obtain proof of posting and use Royal Mail and Hermes codes to track delivery. Items purchased on our website, through social media, over the phone and by email will only be sent once payment has been verified and confirmed.
