About the Package Number Three:
Package Number Three is perfect for a simple house based birthday. With the Character cluster a large character balloon and two 18″ stars sit alongside a floating number, you not only have the number but also the favourite character covered! Also included in the package is a window poster set that matches the characters in the balloon tower and includes a picture and wording of choice.
