Time: How far in advance can I book Communion or Christenings in Liverpool?
Because Christening and Holy Communion seasons (especially Spring) are incredibly busy in Liverpool, we recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance to secure your date and specific props like our LED crosses
Safety: Is your LED cross safe for venues and children?
Absolutely. Our 4ft light-up letters use low-voltage LED lights that stay completely cool to the touch all night. Furthermore, we hold full public liability insurance, which Liverpool venues require.
Logistics: Do you set up the balloons at the venue or just deliver them
Our packages include full venue dressing. We coordinate directly with your Liverpool venue manager to arrive early and set up the entire display before your guests arrive.
Colours: Can we customise the balloon colours to match our theme?
Yes! We have 70 set colours on our colour chart.
Payment: When do we need to pay?
If you are ordering through the website it will be at check out. If you order via our quote system, we require 1/3 upfront and the rest due one week before delivery.
