The number towers are perfect for a milestone birthday such as 18th, 21st, 30th etc or can be used for a 1st 2nd 3rd birthday etc just with two lots of them! The package is also complete with matching 5 foot banner, window poster and 6 strip banners. Why not add our personalised balloons to complete your decor.
