Choose your colours, theme and decorations, and we’ll help create a setup that works beautifully with your venue and budget.

On the day, we’ll deliver your decorations directly to the venue and professionally install everything ready for your celebration.
4. We collect afterwards
Once the celebration is over, we’ll return to dismantle and collect the hired items, leaving you with nothing to worry about.

The ultimate luxury hen room requires ultimate styling. Framing the famous sunken mosaic pool with a massive, flowing organic balloon cascade creates a breathtaking reflection in the water. We use freestanding, heavy-duty structures to create stunning photo backdrops next to the beds and seating areas without interfering with the pool area.
With its wide layout and glamorous gold and dark wood accents, the Creation Suite is built for high-end styling. We love setting up our signature Personalised Sailboards paired with balloon arches and custom neon signs here. It creates a dedicated “Instagram Wall” where the whole group can get their outfit photos before heading out into the city center.
Not booked a big suite? Not a problem, our backdrops can come in all sizes to fit your needs! From a simple Welcome Board to a 4ft Backdrop to a personalised bubble balloon, we can make sure the bride says wow, whatever the room!

– 100% Damage-Free & Freestanding: The Shankly has strict rules regarding wall damage. All of our backdrops, shimmer walls, and balloon frames are completely freestanding. We never use tape, nails, or tacks on hotel property, ensuring you protect your room deposit.
–We Coordinate Direct Access: You don’t need to waste your precious afternoon waiting around in the lobby for your decorators. Simply provide us with your booking name, and our team will coordinate directly with the Shankly’s reception and concierge team to gain access to your room during the setup window.
–Perfect Proportions: We know the exact scale of these rooms. We won’t bring a display that gets lost in the massive spaces, nor will we crowd your floor space.

Whilst we welcome short notice enquiries, we strongly recommend to book in as soon as possible, especially for weekend and popular dates.
Absolutely. We have 70 colours to choose from and can help you create a combination to complement your them, venue or occasion. Take a look at our colour chart for inspiration.
Yes. We can deliver, install and arrange collection or derigging with your venue where required.
We cover the whole L postcode. That includes Formby in the north and right down to Speke in the south.
Absolutely! Our packages are a great starting point, but your celebration doesn't have to fit into a set package. We can combine decorations and hire items to create a setup around your venue, colours, style and budget.
Absolutely. Some venues already provide chair and table covers, while others have features you won't want to hide! That's why we don't push a full package when it isn't needed. Choose individual items or combine exactly what you want — it's your party, not ours to dictate.
Yes, we recommend discussing your plans with the hotel beforehand so everyone is on the same page. They can confirm access and setup times, any venue restrictions and when we can return to collect, allowing us to work seamlessly with them on your behalf.
