12th April 2021 Update

Following the Government’s announcement that none essential businesses can reopen, we are delighted to confirm we will be reopening from 13th April 2021. This will be to our pre October opening times and with the precautions to the left in place. For details of Click & Collect and our Delivery programmes please click here.

We currently have good stock levels and have access to wholesalers so our ordering times are currently as below:

Notice for generic balloons: 1 working day

Notice for bubble balloons: 1 working day

Notice for Personalised balloons: 1 working day

Personalised banners: 24 hours

Personalised Mugs: 2 working days

The above is subject to change and the page will be updated in due course.

Opening Times

We have now reverted back to our October opening times.

Monday is appointments only for click and collect. Please only visit on your alloted time as we may not be in the shop at other times.

Tuesday to Friday is 10am to 4pm and Saturday is 10am to 1pm. We are closed on a Sunday.

5th January 2021 Update

Following the announcement made by the UK Government on 4th January 2021, we have closed the shop to walk in trade as a result of the National Lockdown. We have contacted Sefton Council Trading Standards who have stated that we can continue deliveries across Merseyside of balloons, personalised banners, personalised gifts and pyjamas. Click and collect orders are being fulfilled by half an hour appointments. We will contact you on the day before or morning of your collection with an appointment time. This will be done by email and may go in to your junk folder. Please stick to this time or inform us if you are struggling so that we can ensure distancing and safety is maintained.
 
Delivery fees are as below (subject to qualifying minimum £10 spend):

FREE Delivery to post codes: L4, L5, L9, L20, L21, L22 & L30

£2 extra to post codes: L1 – L3, L6, L10, L11, L23 & L31

£3 extra to post codes: L7, L8, L12, L13, L14, L15, L28 & L32 – L36

£4 extra to post codes: L16, L17, L18, L19, L24, L25, L26, L27 & L37 – L40

£6 extra to post codes: PR8, WA8, WA9, WA10, WA11, WN8

31st October Update

Following on from the Government’s announcements today, our shop will close for walk in trade from Wednesday 4th November to Wednesday December 2nd 2020. We will still be trading on a click and collect basis as well as deliveries with in Merseyside. It is with regret we will not be serving Halton or Southport during this time. You can book your balloons and banners online or through our social media channels.

As we continue to adapt to the ever changing situation, the following time frames are also in place:
